Legal Trust Accounting – Tasmania

This is an on-line training course specifically designed around the Tasmania Trust accounting regulations which allows you to learn at anytime, anywhere at your desired pace. You can study at your own pace and from the comfort of your home or work.  It is non-academic and uses examples from real practice in small firms.  Course includes compliance with legislation and outlines the records to be maintained by a law practice, the information recorded on those records and the reports required to be produced.  Where applicable links to the Legal Profession Act 2007,  &  Legal Profession Regulations 2008  will be available to reinforce the content of the course.  Templates and Forms are also available and can be downloaded for use by the course attendee.
